Albert Dock Residents Association annual budget setting meeting with Managing Agent. At this meeting the proposed Service Charge budget for the following year comes under scrutiny, is discussed, amended and agreed.

All residents are welcome but please note this is a meeting where knowledge of previous budgets and spends is essential so please give notice of your intention to attend so that the necessary information can be made available to you
