About the Colonnades

Situated at the famous Albert Dock, next to the renowned Tate Gallery, in the centre of the famous Liverpool Waterfront World Heritage site and part of the UK’s largest group of Grade 1 listed buildings, The Colonnades Apartments represent the most prestigious address in the North of England.

The Albert Dock Residents Association

The Albert Dock Residents Association is the recognised residents association for the Colonnades apartments. As a very active association ADRA is run by a committee of nine residents and maintains a very collaborative relationship with Landlord and Managing Agent. As the recognised residents association ADRA nominates one Director to the Board of Gower Street Estates Ltd  providing the residents with a voice on the management of the entire estate. ADRA involves itself in the overall governance of the Service Charge and Disposition funds, signing off and agreeing budgets and overseeing spending month by month. There is a website for residents with a password protected residents area which allows ADRA to email all registered residents quickly and easily ensuring that all resident are up to date with the latest news and developments.
